I just want to say that my Case Manager Cheryl Lau is outstanding with her support I need special glasses for my low vision I have wet macular degeneration and the new AI Ray Bans are a game changer for me and she is helping me navigate through the process Cheryl is kind and helpful and she sees you as a person I am so lucky to have her as my support person Many thanks Julianne Edwards
I am very happy with the support from sensible care. My care manager Noor is very kind. She is respectful and helped me organise everything, including domestic helpers and it all made my life much easier. Today, the nurse Sneha visited for the assessment, she was very patient, spoke slowly and explained everything clearly. She answered all my questions and helped me with my concerns. I found Sensible Care by chance but from the first phone call to them I knew I had found what I had been searching for - genuinely good people who loved caring for others. Sensible care is very good. My care manager Nora specially, she talks to me like her own mother and helps me arrange all the needs ans services. All the staffs she arranged are professional, well-behaved and kinds to me, they all help me a lot. The Nurse Sneha is very gentle and polite, visits me with a smile and explains about my health very clearly. She always hear to my concerns very patiently and makes me happy. I am very thankful to Sensible Care for their good service. I will always recommend them.
