I found Sensible Care by chance but from the first phone call to them I knew I had found what I had been searching for - genuinely good people who loved caring for others. Sensible care is very good. My care manager Nora specially, she talks to me like her own mother and helps me arrange all the needs ans services. All the staffs she arranged are professional, well-behaved and kinds to me, they all help me a lot. The Nurse Sneha is very gentle and polite, visits me with a smile and explains about my health very clearly. She always hear to my concerns very patiently and makes me happy. I am very thankful to Sensible Care for their good service. I will always recommend them.
I am so pleased with the care and help I get from Sensible Care…..my new case manager , Robyn can’t do enough to help me. This morning , nurse Sneha came and what a delight she was…she was friendly and had so much patience explaining how to do things. I just can’t fault Sensible Care and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for the perfect care provider.
