First impression meeting my son’s first possible therapist was pleasant … it was our intake appointment and she leads with telling us she will not be his therapist but that she would get us transferred shortly after. Smh then the second therapist that called said he couldn’t fit within the scheduling parameters I needed that he was going to get me transferred to another therapist. That was over a month ago and we have not heard back from them.
My daughter was just seen by the therapist Andrea and she was absolutely atrocious! My poor kid is post partum and worse off now than before the appt!! She was going for Post partum and instead was told she needed GOD, that her problems were related to things in her past that were NOT appropriate to bring up and threatened her with CPS if she doesn't come back next week and for something that is COURT ORDERED with her ex. We’ve experienced multiple cancellations from the therapist, and there’s been a lack of consistency in the quality of care. My daughter was scheduled for weekly sessions since July, yet she's only seen her therapist about seven times. Telehealth is supposed to offer convenience, but canceling without promptly rescheduling is unprofessional and defeats its purpose.
