The WORST at communication which now makes sense as to why they have a very high constant turn-over rate with therapists and other employees. My friend is on her 3rd therapist in the last couple of months because they quit. We also hear that they also do not give raises/merit pay. I am writing as an advocate for my friend who does not want their name attached for fear of retribution.

First impression meeting my son’s first possible therapist was pleasant … it was our intake appointment and she leads with telling us she will not be his therapist but that she would get us transferred shortly after. Smh then the second therapist that called said he couldn’t fit within the scheduling parameters I needed that he was going to get me transferred to another therapist. That was over a month ago and we have not heard back from them.
