We’ve experienced multiple cancellations from the therapist, and there’s been a lack of consistency in the quality of care. My daughter was scheduled for weekly sessions since July, yet she's only seen her therapist about seven times. Telehealth is supposed to offer convenience, but canceling without promptly rescheduling is unprofessional and defeats its purpose.
I had an appointment for my daughter and the psychologist (Kiah) never answered she waited for thirty minutes and she never answered the zoom worst therapist ever didn't even show up to the appointment how unprofessional!
Moved to Texas where they have one prescribing doctor.. I’ve been trying to get my medication filled for close to two weeks because they keep sending prescriptions with the California license and not the Texas license. They keep telling me to call the pharmacies or choose another. They said the pharmacy (CVS) didn’t have my medication in stock so I need to choose another.
