My absolute favorite tea store. Knowledgeable staff and the best tea around.
Best place ever ! Don't get tea any place else ! In fact I'm out of Herbal Chi must call now.
They have the best, most flavorful tea in the area. They owner and employees are always friendly, inviting, and knowledgable! They create mixes for me if I'm allergic to something in their tea mix, and are great at warning me! Not only are they great in shop, but shipping is quick and sometimes pays for its self due to their wonderful discounts! No better tea shop.

So many flavors to try, so little time! The staff is super friendly and helpful and I always leave wondering if I should have tried one more flavor. I haven't found one I didn't like yet.
Huge fan of this wonderful local gem! They carry an extensive selection of each variety of tea and there is always someone extremely knowledgeable and eager to assist you at the counter. They really seem to have an understanding of service and product they provide. I know, we'd expect that every business would have this but the fact is some start up a small business to make money and they fail to create customers who love them. I don't get down to the shop often but I love it! I can ask tons of questions and smell the different blends. Tea accessories nicely displayed. They are so nice and it is a super friendly hidden gem in Glensfalls.
