Sensibilitea is one of the most well versed shops in Upstate N.Y. When you enter the shop, all your worries and your stresses get left at the door. In the ten some odd years I've been visiting Donna Lynn (The lovey proprietor), never once have witnessed a negative experience that couldn't be readily resolved. All her staff are wonderful as well, showing patrons all the hidden gems on the shelves.
So many flavors, it's hard to choose...but the friendly staff will help by offering advice, and sniffs from the many jars of deliciousness! Lime Ginger Rooibos is my fave! Mmmmm
We visited the shop today for the first time to buy our son a birthday gift of unique teas. Ben was amazing, he was knowledgable, kind and attentive. The tea selection was incredible! We will be back. Thank you
Love love love the tea and the service here but since I moved away I wish the website would get a little upgrade so it was easier to order my favorite Forest Berries tea and Creamcicle Rooibos. I hate buying tea anywhere else!
Love going there and learning about the different teas. The tea for pregos is wonderful and relaxing.
