They are competitively priced for sales. Repair service is offered on alot of products. The pricing on repairs is very reasonable but sometimes you do have to wait for your item more than what they quoted.
Bought a mower from them. With in 6 months it’s been in for repairs 3 times. Under warranty. They cover nothing always make it sound like it’s your fault. So they can charge you. Could have bought 3 mowers from Home Depot by now. And never had a problem with Home Depot mowers last about 5 yrs no problems
