Good hotel but not like best hotels in Asian countries. I would say it’s ok and fine. Staff and service was good.
Great place for relaxing business meetings..... I. The heart of SV. I’d been here choke of times and still fantastic in terms of service and meals and beverages. A range of very good wines. I’ll try to come any time is possible.....
Service is 6 stars. The various meeting areas both outside and in the library are conducive to productivity.
I had the pleasure of attending this venue with colleagues from around the world in May of 2015 over three days. The service was excellent, the venue immaculate and the staff courteous and great fun. I would guess our event cost in all about half a million dollars US - with food and beverages and overnight accommodations. When i come back to the area i will be sure to book supper.
Visited yesterday very first time. We had a some drinks, flat bread appetizer and salted carmel cream puffs. I thought the food and service was excellent. I totally agree with the wines by the glass prices. It’s quite high. Otherwise, we enjoyed the live music and the atmosphere very much. Will definitely visit again.
