We are currently at the hotel and it's fantastic. The service is top notch. The front desk is welcoming and go out of their way to make sure you are given that extra level of service. We are having a staycation for my wife's birthday and the staff provided in our room a delicious slice of carrot cake from the mansion restaurant, a thoughtful card and a carafe of ice tea in our room. Excellent experience so far. Great people and elegant hotel
I was at the Rosewood bar on 8/24 and asked for a drink. The bartender asked for my identification which I handed to him. He then claimed my identification was "fake" although it is a Massachusetts issued valid identification and started bending my identification in half. He then proceeded to permanently damage my identification and the bodyguards seeing the situation asked me to leave the bar. I was completely sober at this point. My favorite home away from home. Great food, perfect cocktails and an amazing staff.
The Pisco Sour was by far the best. The atmosphere was delightful & the whimsical murals made my night. The staff was also on point!

They are slowly but surely converting me from a Four Seasons San Francisco regular to Rosewood...all it takes is chocolate chip cookies 🍪 😉😂 .
Great food, great service, as always. The Pecan French toast was wonderful.
