I was blacklisted from the salon. Very pretentious place. During the pandemic after vaccines came out I tried making an appointment at the salon. My elderly Mom was living with me at the time and I also had a baby so I explained this to the salon and asked if I could book with a vaccinated stylist. I was dismissed, as if I hadn’t been a loyal client who had been going to this salon for the last couple years. First hair cut in 2 years today and I was taking a big risk - 6 inches off after years of long hair. I've got type 2C curls and have had a dozen terrible hair cut experiences in the past with people who didn't know how to work with curly hair. Mimi was a miracle worker, super knowledgable about my hair type and what would look good with my face. She shaped and styled it to perfection. The salon itself was beautiful, cozy, clean, and smelled incredible. All the staff were so welcoming and warm. 10/10!
