We were given your phone number by the Marriott Downtown Medical, we spoke with who we were told was the owner. He told us to be at Bus or B8, there was no mention of prepay, no way to prepay and we were told it was 10 dollars per person per ride. We were prepared to pay that and then some. So trying to turn it back around on a potetinal "never goning to happen" client was a lack in professionalism.
We called and scheduled a pickup from the cruise port in Miami on November 9, 2025. We were told where to meet the shuttle. We waited for over an hour and tried to call numerous times and the calls were never answered, every call went to voicemail. We ended up having to get an Uber. Crappy customer service.
