They asked me to take a mug-shot as if I were a criminal. They allowed patients, who got there later than me, but left me to wait for 40 minutes probably in retaliation by saying the doctor assigned to me is still working with a patient, but I said I didn't ask for a specific doctor's service. More importantly, my appointment was for 3:30 PM and they didn't call me until 3:50 PM, even if they are closing at 4 PM. 의료진이 친절하시고 실력도 있으신데 치료직전, 미숙한 간호사가 코에 마취제를 너무 심하게 넣어서 머리가 어지럽고 열이 오르고, 호흡곤란과 혈압 200이 넘어서 병원측에서 911 불러서 ER 갔슴....죽을뻔했슴

The clinic is very clean, and I especially appreciated the staff member who took my medical history. She was very professional, attentive, and made a great impression. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Kevin J. Choi was different. It felt like the main focus was on providing paid procedures rather than actually finding the cause of my problem.
