The hotel is fine and the Calla restaurant was lively, but the pool doesn’t get sun until 5pm each day. Also, like most hotels the towels were very stiff and rough. We used the free bikes, but I wouldn’t recommend them. They need a little work. Very convenient location.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants it. Nearly six months after my stay, I was unexpectedly charged for two nights of valet parking—services I did not use. Even more concerning, the invoice I originally received via email after my stay does not match the one the hotel is now referencing, with discrepancies in dates and details. Great location, friendly service, clean/modern rooms, up to date facilities throughout, and has a nice rooftop pool. Only stayed one night and unfortunately we didn't get to eat/drink at any of the hotel amenities.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything from start to finish was fabulous. We were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make it special - including a thoughtful complimentary bottle of bubbles, which we really appreciated. Janelle and Isabel at the front desk were so kind and made our stay extra special! We’ve stayed in many hotels in the area and this one is by far our favorite. We can’t wait to come back!
