SAM the “general manager” was extremely rude. Uncaring and needs to retake hospitality courses on how to treat guests considering he is the GM. He was condescending - vulgar and ruined our 1 in a lifetime bachelorette trip! Do not recommend. I also brought this to the attention of assistant GM Ana VIA email and have not heard back! Extremely unprofessional and they do not care about the happiness of their guests.
