My name is Aretha and I spoke with Mr Nick and he helped me. He told me the truth up front and assisted me through another contact. I was in a bad situating and in 2 days he helped me get out of it and got me assistance through a colleague. I am grateful and beyond relieved because I was stressed out. Don't forget the receptionist lol I was frustrated and was hesitant to speak to anyone but her sweet little voice was patient and guided me through.
Senna House is one of our guardian angels!!! Nick was AMAZING in EVERY way possible. We were in a sticky situation and they came through for us and helped us out of a bind quickly and EASY! I cannot say enough good things about Senna's process. From Nick coming out and working with us on the offer, to Kate managing the items leading up to the closing, our experience was very easy. My mother-in-law is 96 and she had been in her house for 60 years. Senna made it very simple on her and allowed the kids to handle the items necessary to hit our target closing date. They also allowed us to rent back, and any items we did not want, Senna told us to leave in the house and they would take care of it. Awesome experience!
