Typical PM company that gets by on delivering minimal service. Very toxic environment working with them.
Not the best experience. Senné required the broker fee to paid *before* an application was submitted and approved. The broker fee would be returned only if the application was rejected by the landlord (and not if I changed my mind). There was also a $20 fee for the application and another $15 fee to submit each payment through their portal. Additionally, they only disclosed the $350 move-in and cleaning fee after the broker fee was paid. This was our second time working with Charles and Tom ! They are efficient in responding and have some really amazing rental properties . We look forward to working with them again !
