JC Pfeister and team are doing a phenomenal job! I've referred many of my Senior Care Consulting clients as well as long time friends and they have all had very positive things to say about their experience with Seniors Helping Seniors KC Metro South. Very professional, dependable, and reliable. Their caregivers have many life experiences that make them more relatable to the elderly clients they serve, and that is a beautiful thing in my opinion! Personal, caring, professional. My dad said SHS was one of the only positive things in his life as he's navigated hard changes as a senior. He always loved having the helpers who did what he couldn't do but also brought a smiling face. Audrey and Brooke at the head office were A+++ - easy to contact and always going above and beyond. Having the 2-hour shift option was also a big selling point. Highly recommended!

When my husband ended up in the hospital during the holidays, we knew we would need help for him to be at home when he was discharged. As always, one day he was gravely ill and the next being sent home, and we had no plans in place. On a Saturday afternoon, we met with Audrey from Seniors Helping Seniors. She had a helper at our home by 7:00 pm that evening! For the next 10 days, Audrey provided excellent care with three wonderful helpers. I had an excellent experience with the Seniors Helping Seniors team. I needed short term care for my mom who was visiting from NY. I contacted JC at 8:30 a.m., Audrey came to evaluate the situation at 11 a.m. and Rogina was there to help the next day. Everyone on the team was professional, kind and caring. I would highly recommend them.

This team is awesome. My mother needed help at home after she was no longer able to drive. Her caregiver, Karen, has been awesome. She takes care of my mother without judgement and with the patience of a saint. Communication has been outstanding considering all of her family lives out of state.
