Horrible. I do not recommend this Oviedo location. Had a very rude experience with the manager there named Rachel
SHS has been fantastic to work with. My grandmother was very difficult and not interested in having help, yet Nurse Sally and Meredith were incredibly patient and kind with her. My grandmother passed suddenly, and the entire team has been so kind and thoughtful. I received many messages and really appreciate how thoughtful and genuinely caring the whole office is. We are so grateful for all their help and would highly recommend!
Kind and reliable **** I called them to help me with my mother and her hospice schedule. While we were overwhelmed with medicine, nurses and doctors, she always looked forward to her Seniors Helping Seniors visitor. Even then, she enjoyed planning a movie that they might both enjoy. What was intended to 'help' me rest also became another memory of her character a year later. I'm thankful to them for that.
Both Sherry and Pam are wonderful caregivers, my husband enjoys the time they spend with him and I appreciate the time out of the house knowing he is well taken care of!
