Do your research. I am sure they have some good caregivers, but after having to deal with one that was not good, a snowbird from the St Louis area, I would be really careful with this company. He is not good with certain types of dementia, and their people should be trained much better than they are. Once you hire him, you are told that they are in control of your loved one, not you.

I have worked with the elderly for at least 30 years and what makes Seniors Helping Seniors different from other agencies is the attention to personal detail. SHS focuses on matching caregivers and clients who share similar interests and personalities. By our caregivers being 40 and above I have found our clients to feel at ease.

I’ve seen first hand how Seniors Helping Seniors can remove the stress and worries that evolve when a loved one needs support to remain in their own home. When hospice was called in for our client, SHS provided such great support, education and companionship. The actual compassion and concern the OWNER has for the senior population is amazing as she will personally provide care for any client if necessary. SHS caregivers are just like family.
