Sent request to Zarana she never replied. Even after reaching out a second time. Not even Jenny who was copied on the email too.They rarely ever have drivers available. Atleast somebody from their office could reply and say something but nothing. Customer service is horrible here.
I am so grateful for Seniors for Seniors!! This amazing organization has been an absolute lifesaver for my aunt and me. My aunt is bedridden and suffers from slight cognitive dementia. She now has caretakers from SFS going in every day 6 hours a day. The service and organization has been absolutely wonderful!!! Moreover, they were the cheapest service (by far) that I could find, but their service is definitely of the highest quality!!! Thank you SFS!!! xxx
