Seniors Choosing to Live at Home were AMAZING when we needed last minute help with my 94 yo grandmother!! In less than 12hours, Senior Choosing to Live at Home identified a FANTASTIC lady who began working with grandmother! My grandmother was immediately comfortable with the care / assistance which was provided! I have a family member who works there and I can guarantee that quality care is their priority!
Don't let their front fool you, they are only in this for themselves and they cut corners anywhere they can. For people that claim to be religious, their actions say otherwise. I would strongly recommend never doing business with them and tread carefully if you work for them because they sue people like it's cool. I feel sorry for all the members under their care. Don't believe me? Any company that has their entire office staff walk out on multiple occasions has to have something wrong. Just ask their past employees.
I have been an employee here at Seniors Choosing to Live at Home now for nearly 4.5 years. I have always loved it. The owners are truly amazing, dedicated and professional. They love what they do and stand for. They are the best bosses I've ever had. Their 'members' are the sweetest seniors and I love them all. I know the owners of this company and have used them for a family member. They are very professional and dedicated to our seniors who choice to live at home. When a problem came up with our family member they worked hard to rectify the problem. Also the nurse who does the evaluation was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would use them again for any of my family members.
Management sucks! Owners are WORTHLESS!!!!!! A few of the aides are good, but the majority suck! And they'll hire just about anyone. Unless you're looking for someone to come in and clean your house, be prepared for indifference to your concerns. They could careless if the aides are strangers to the old folks.
