We utilized senior 911 for several months in 2025. As expected, some of the home care workers were great, others not so much. Office staff was sometimes rude and occasionally did not follow through w changes or additions to our requested schedule. Owners and staff did not respect workers. Home care staff was often paid late or even asked to come to senior 911's office (in Duluth GA) to pick up their checks. Sonya and the entire Senior911 caregivers were absolutely amazing and took exceptional care of my uncle. Sonya would even come in on the weekends to make him special request meals. My family could not recommend Sonya and her team more! Truly blessings!!
