I tried another company who supposedly specialized in Medicare Supplemental plans last year and could never get them to call me back this year. My sister told me about Senior Savings Network so I called. The level of customer service has blown me away. I wish I had found out about them sooner! I got my dad off the Advantage plan merry-go-round thanks to Senior Savings Network. Elisa was so helpful in my search, listening to my dad's health situation and how some of the Medicare Part B companies were not rated well and how to move forward. I've called her back a couple times since changing my dad's medicare plan and she's been very helpful each time. I'm very happy with their service.

I started with Senior Savings Network 8 years ago and found them through informational videos on YouTube. I’m glad I did! They were very helpful and continue to be so. They check with me annually to see if anything is changed for me and to make sure I’m set up with the best plan. They are a great team and would recommend to anyone just getting on Medicare or needing to change plans.
We watched a Senior Savings Network video on YouTube and decided to give them a try. We got in the queue and eventually spoke with Elisa. She was wonderful and was in no hurry to first answer our questions and then sign my wife and I up with a new "N" plan. We now feel we have a good plan and will be in good shape in 2025.
