I am an entertainer and I had the privilege of performing at Flagstone’s memory care section yesterday. I have performed in other memory care residences hundreds of times, but never have I observed such an abundant or as an attentive activities staff as I did here. There were five staff members present throughout the entire performance, and they were fully engaged with the residents in the form of dancing, holding hands, and simply engaging to keep the residents focused and alert to ensure their maximum enjoyment.
