Our family was lucky enough to work with Seniors Helpers for my father for over 2.5 years. We were impressed with the immediate response to our questions, the intake process to assess my dad's needs, the ability to quickly and easily speak to Lesley or Rob and then most importantly the quality of all the workers who were involved in his care. When the services were started, my dad was reluctant to have any care and by the end, he was obviously supported, comforted and comfortable with care while in his home. We all were.

I appreciate and depend on the pleasant companion services provided by Senior Helpers' PSWs to my mother (for past 2 or 3 years - a shift 3 to 5 days a week). 'An important supplemental care to that given by regular long-term care home staff - e.g. taking her outside, playing games, helping with meals, encouraging food intake, tidying room, general socializing. I also appreciate the care taken by Senior Helpers to match personality of caregiver to suit my mother's.
