As a psw of 8 years, it wasn't the best experience for me. Worked for many agencies but this one, I didn't feel good about a lot of times. Sucks because we have to go out into the community and give so much of ourselves but when I needed anything, ie a day off, or towards the end a letter etc, I felt like I was being totally ignored by management. A lot of times I would be either be completly ignored and or communication was poor by certain individuals. Was really strange.
I had such lovely and competent helpers. They were on time, very pleasant, thoughtful and conscientious. I was very happy that just about a week to make arrangements Senior Home Care staff were able to create an effective schedule and execute it. Highly recommend this service.
