The flexibility and quality of care at Senior Helpers of Metrowest is unsurpassed. Living out-of-state, I am unable to be with my Mom full time. Senior Helpers give Mom a weekly shower and fill in perfectly when I’m not there, keeping Mom safe and providing tender loving care just as a daughter would. We loved our helpers (Joyce and Sharlea)! We also loved the ease of flexibility when the schedules changed. Also when we added hours or days. Taylor was always a text away to help with our changing needs. Thank you and your very special ladies who were such a joy to meet and gave such happiness to my mother.
I called Tyler last minute as my mom (97) got Covid and I was just out of the hospital and needed help taking care of her The next day Tyler had someone to help take care of my mom. Joanna was wonderful, kind and took great care of her. I highly recommend Tyler and senior helpers in Natick He went out of his way to find someone on quick notice and someone who would stay with my mom each day, not having to change caregivers daily. He is honest and cares about the seniors and always available if something comes up to speak to.
Service was so very outstanding that his current caregiver, his wife who I am, was able to travel a bit knowing my husband was being cared for by a most capable, prompt, caring and well trained individual. My deepest appreciation and thanks!
