Taylor's caregivers were with my mother 24/7 for over a year until she passed away. If it weren't for their care, my mother wouldn't have had the quality of life she had. If there was ever an issue, Taylor and I worked through it and agreed on a resolution. He communicated if there was a need to change a caregiver for a shift or more consistently.
