I recently had major surgery, with an associated recovery time of at least a month. I was in a bind, with many duties and responsibilities to accomplish at home, and no one reliable close by to help for such an extended period. We used Senior Helpers following my husband’s discharge from a rehabilitation hospital, to be sure he could get back on his feet as quickly and safely as possible. The caregivers SH provided were exceptional. They were competent, kind and proactive. They were able to navigate my husband’s frustrations, with skillful care and open communication. Isabel is an absolutely amazing aide! Her care and attention are truly outstanding, and I feel so grateful to have her in our home. Since she started, it feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders-she is a true lifesaver.
