We used Senior Helpers following my husband’s discharge from a rehabilitation hospital, to be sure he could get back on his feet as quickly and safely as possible. The caregivers SH provided were exceptional. They were competent, kind and proactive. They were able to navigate my husband’s frustrations, with skillful care and open communication. Isabel is an absolutely amazing aide! Her care and attention are truly outstanding, and I feel so grateful to have her in our home. Since she started, it feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders-she is a true lifesaver. Taylor's caregivers were with my mother 24/7 for over a year until she passed away. If it weren't for their care, my mother wouldn't have had the quality of life she had. If there was ever an issue, Taylor and I worked through it and agreed on a resolution. He communicated if there was a need to change a caregiver for a shift or more consistently.
