Update: The caregiver I had stopped working for them and they did not provide another caregiver or even offer it. When I tried to cancel my services Due to them not being reliable anymore and get my $1200 deposit back, which is required to start services, they did not return my phone calls and did not talk to me anymore. I had two months of service with this place. First month, a caregiver was assigned and then quit, and another caregiver was assigned. Then the second month, that caregiver quit too. I canceled the service as my elderly mother needs more stability than this place can provide. It has now been 10 days after paying the final invoice, and they still have not refunded the $840 security deposit that I paid them, even though the contract I signed says "The Caregiving Services deposit will be refunded upon the Client's payment of all... read more

Senior Helpers has an absolutely amazing over the past year and a couple months. After being injured with a spinal cord injury, we had heard stories of nightmares people have had with getting help and the Bakersfield area. My dad had emergency eye surgery and his wife was on hospice with Alzheimer’s. Senior Helpers assisted with her care and other household duties and after her passing continued assisting my dad with his care, for nearly two years. Their due diligence and attentiveness in providing services was exceptional. Thank you Eddie, Michelle, and all the numerous helpers that were assigned to the task, much appreciated.
