You can tell they truly care about the people they help, which means a lot when you're looking for dependable support for a loved one at home.

This is a franchise company run by a relatively new business owner. She is charging a premium for Caregivers that may or may not be certified? There are SOME employee/caregivers that have solid experience... but the majority do not. She is progressively doing better as I believe she tries to improve. As with any Caregiving company your service & care will depend upon the individual caregiver that is assigned to you. It's up to you, as the customer, to ask questions and be pro-active.

We used Senior Helpers to give my father assistance with my mother who has dementia. They were so accommodating. Karen and her staff worked with our constantly changing needs and requests offering kind, professional helpers. They are a God-send. Highly recommened.
