The owner of Senior Helpers, Victoria, TX drove over an hour to assess the needs of our parents and to make sure they had staff in the area to take care of them. We met with the owner, Wendy, and were assured their care givers would take care of our family. She is correct. We have Analaura as our nighttime helper and she is great. Compassionate, properly reactive to medical emergencies and very proactive when handling our parent’s needs. Joann is assigned to take care of our mother and father. Mom is in hospice care at home and both parents are being taken care of by Senior Helpers, Victoria, TX. They would be in bad shape without Joann feeding them, staying on top of the laundry and keeping the house neat among many other chores. We live in a different town than our parents and their 24 hour care by Senior Helpers helps us relax a bit. The family is grateful for Joann!

Theresa is an excellent care giver who does all that is required to tend to My care at night. She is always knows what is needed. She is attentive to my needs and is always upbeat and friendly. I am pleased to have her help and support.
