They do not just provide care, they bring professionalism, heart, and a deep understanding of what families need during important moments.
They are so kind and patient and incredibly accommodating! I was in a pinch trying to use up some grant hours in a short window and they managed to get everything I asked for covered. And the caregivers themselves were wonderful. Calm and patient and very skilled at caring for people with dementia. Kudos to these guys!
So far, meeting people and doing my orientation has been pleasant, and everyone has been helpful and welcoming. George did a great job hosting my orientation and made it fun.
(My recent text) Hi Tracy, I know it seems like I only reach out when I have a problem... but that is not the case today. I am at my mom's now and I am very happy about the state of things here. There is food prepared. The house and her room are clean and tidy. Laundry is folded and clean. ... and most importantly... my mom is happy with everyone and how things are going.
