Staff doesn't care what caregivers go through. They schedule you by your house they pull your schedule and send you far and give your cleint to someone who complains more or won't drive at all. If you cleint goes to rehab or anything for a week they pull you and won't give them back to you. They would rather keep a bad employee than keep good ones just to keep them quiet. A wonderful choice for exactly the type of help I needed. My caregiver prepared light lunches, if needed, did light cleaning, took me to medical appointments and pharmacy pickups. I was recovering from surgery and preparing to move at the same time - so logistics were important to me. Senior Helpers made life easier by providing competent help.
We've been fortunate to have Senior Helpers supporting our family over the past year.
