I am so impressed with Senior Helpers. Everyone is so caring and the company really cares about their clients and the caregivers. As a nurse, I know caregivers are trained and provide excellent care. Janice provides outstanding care for my mother and makes each day easier knowing she was in her care.
So thankful we found Senior Helpers for my mom. Kathi was nothing short of amazing. I know collectively we as a family could not say thank you enough for your care and concern not only for my mom, but also my dad. Sherry and Mary were outstanding caregivers. Thank you for providing a much needed service in a caring and compassionate manner.
The helpers seemed for the most part dedicated and caring; like other agencies, there are some good and some not as good, but overall I liked the ones I met. My caution about this service is their policy regarding using the credit cards of dementia patients. When it happened the first time I made it clear to the office that this is not acceptable and they told me they would put a note in my parent's file but then it happened again. The caretaker used my mom's credit card to buy groceries when there were plenty of groceries i... read more

Senior Helpers has been a Godsend. The minute my husband and I met Ruth we knew she was the perfect fit for our needs. She assisted my husband with his exercises and took over his care during the time she was with us. Which gave me a much needed break. She assisted me with lite house cleaning.
