I echo Danine James' review. There is only one office worker who is very nice. The rest treat the caregivers like trash and they definitely withhold pay from you. I was forced to waste two hours of unpaid time to onboard, take petty little paper tests, listen to a pre-recorded "training" on the scheduling system and NOT PAID. I was also told that there was a mandatory unpaid training on a Saturday. Absolutely not! They also played games with my regular payroll too. We'll see if it comes through or not. I am a current caregiver, I have been with the company and have had a great experience getting to meet new clients and other caregivers. I have been mentioned as caregiver of the month in my time as an employee and have always had a great experience with on-call staff, and the office staff. The owner has always been friendly and very welcoming, the schedulers have changed over time but they have been friendly and management has also been nice.
