I employed Senior Helpers following major surgery to help with basic care giving including helping administer complex medications (they read me the instructions while I followed them to give myself the meds), and meal prep, as well as assisting me with physical therapy exercises, but they did so much more including cleaning the kitchen/dishes every day and doing laundry. They were a terrific help when I didn't have friends or family nearby to rely on for assistance. I highly recommend Senior Helpers in Olympia!!!

Sarah and her team are deeply dedicated to helping seniors age safely and comfortably at home, and it shows in everything they do.
