It was one year ago today that my mom suffered a horrendous fall under Senior Helpers care. This resulted in a brain hemorrhage (requiring emergency surgery at Loyola) and broken ribs as well as cracked teeth causing a gaping wound under her lip. Senior Helpers never reached out to inquire as to my mom's condition, probably in fear of being sued. I sincerely regret giving them a negative review. I was very sick using multiple agencies. In error I gave senior helpers a poor review when I was really talking about another agency. I needed to correct this because I want perspective clients to know that Senior Helpers had the best service, best caregivers, and were the most professional of all the agencies. Their employees were always on time, willing to do whatever needed to get the job done. If you need help I suggest highly to utilize their services.
I used Senior Care ride services to doctor appointments and outpatient surgery . The driver is on time, courteous, and sees that you are doing OK. The driver stays with you during outpatient surgery as required by the surgical center. Picks you up at the door when discharged. Positive experience.
