You don’t ever wanna work for this company due to the fact that I was there for over a year and they fired me over the phone without even knowing or asking me what happened that day!!! After a full year of never missing a shift, always being reliable got excellent reviews from the company even and then the next month something horrible happened in my family and I had to leave a shift… I let them know. The staff not willing to replace $75 worth of food from Winco caregiver Sophia cooked uneditaable. Apparently they coach the caregivers which is a joke! That's not even training. Coaching is just speaking with them. I showed caregiver step by step how to cook the meals the best way. Caregiver didn't listen worth beans!!! WORST CAREGIVER AGENCY IN SALEM/KEIZER!!! Connie will not let client switch caregivers cuz she makes up excuses. So going without food today due to Sophia!
They did not do my grandpa justice hiring a bunch of teenagers fresh out of school told me they had no experience and they only got trained in a room in an office with a projector btw. One star for Amber
