Under new ownership. Not worth the trouble working here. They don’t care about the caregivers at all. No ongoing training. A simple thanks would be nice, being that they take on clients and not have enough staff. Scheduling is outsourced to another country and they are clueless to how to schedule in the Richmond and surrounding areas. Constantly calling or texting you while you’re on your shift. Lots of turnover!
Ed the guy interviewing had a attitude in the zoom call then sent me message staying i did not get the job. Waste of my time.... Hopefully yall get someone better do interviews and hiring speak clear so I can hear you.
