I would not hire these people to watch a canary! The help is poorly trained. They broke my mother's leg transferring her from bed to chair because they would not use a Hoyer Lift. I sent it back because they would not use it and then they complained that my mother's leg would not have been broken if they had a lift? (I killed my parents, have mercy on me because I'm an orphan! That's the same sense they use regarding my mother!) My mother died from complications due to her broken leg at 92 years old. It's on the death certif... read more
RecommendedThis is an amazing company. Great staff and wonderful caregivers I have ever seen. Have never seen a in home care company with a owner that’s a register nurse. He has so much knowledge and is so caring and compassionate. Could not ask for a better company to be with.

Do not work here or hire this company. This place is very unorganized and they take your hours with no notice and no explanation and you hear NOTHING from them anymore. This is people’s livelihood and have families to take care of. Also, if a person is sick or unable to make it to work for their shift and gives adequate notice (I’ve heard this from SEVERAL of their patients and employees so this isn’t coming just from me) they claim they don’t have anyone to cover the shift so the patient is left with no one to care for them... read more
RecommendedWe had a great caregiver. The office staff seems a bit disorganized. I'm really disappointed in one thing: After five years and approximately $100k with them, Senior Helpers couldn't even be bothered to send a card when my mom died. Given that would almost always be the culmination of the relationship, you would think they would handle it better. It doesn't seem very caring or professional.
Very disappointed in your lack of service & organization! More disappointed that no one seemed interested in fixing the situation, just making sure you got that money!
