We have been very fortunate to find this organization. Nurse Lorraine has been a God send.
Horrible. Bailed on my Grandmother who can hardly drive right before her doctors appointment. Said they couldn’t figure out who was available to drive her. Apparently the person called out at 4 AM and they didn’t notify her till 2 PM. She called a week in advance to schedule her ride. Additionally, workers were rude and complained about their jobs constantly to my Grandmother. Is this how you treat an 80 year old woman? Ridiculous.
I am so incredibly grateful for the exceptional care my mother has received from Linda and Tracy at SeniorHelpers. Both ladies are genuinely kind and patient caregivers. Their compassion gave our family peace of mind.
