I just started this job, and this company is saying that I have did something wrong with a client, when I don't. Don't work for this company. When I don't do anything wrong at all. They are on the client side, then third side. I have a lots of experience with caregiver. But they should don't want to listen to me. I am a very nice person. They don't know me. This company needs to go.
It took a few caregivers before we found the right fit for our mom. The agency worked with us and now she is happy with the person who cares for her consistently. They respond to our request quickly and we have great communication with them.
