I just started this job, and this company is saying that I have did something wrong with a client, when I don't. Don't work for this company. When I don't do anything wrong at all. They are on the client side, then third side. I have a lots of experience with caregiver. But they should don't want to listen to me. I am a very nice person. They don't know me. This company needs to go.
It took a few caregivers before we found the right fit for our mom. The agency worked with us and now she is happy with the person who cares for her consistently. They respond to our request quickly and we have great communication with them.
Ruthie provides great care for a family member and her caring, helpful, professional qualities make her my favorite SH employee!
Senior Helpers is top tier from start to finish. I am an Executive Director for an Independent Living community in Gresham and we have residents not quite ready for Assisted Living who need help within their homes. Senior Helpers recently helped a resident of ours and I have been really impressed by their communication and follow through. As a Social Services Director in a skilled nursing facility I am always looking for the best for my residents. I can truly say that Senior Helpers is truly the BEST caregiving agency in Vancouver WA. Their customer service is top notch, they are patient, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. But the main part is they are just as eager to help as I am.
