I have used the services of Senior Helpers for about 6 years. I was impressed that I was interviewed for suitability in my home. Gene, the owner, cares for both the client and his aides and surveys sending them to an appropriate setting. Each aide sent was caring and professional. Scheduling conflicts or mixups were resolved fairly quickly; even bad weather occurrences. DO NOT RECOMMEND. DONT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. PEOPLE DIE HERE. They be mistreating the old folks— turning a blind eye to all of it. Makes me sick, complaints all day from several managers & nobody’s word matters— the truth is being covered up by the higher ups. For what ?! Take your secret shoppers seriously is all ima say and don’t take this as a threat either cause nobody is immune to federal regulations. It’s disgusting how much they’re mistreating them, not changing the diapers, poor hygiene, and sanitation issues. C... read more
