good place to work out in the gym
RecommendedThe Senior Center is a home away from home. I enjoy my Tues. & Thursday full days at the Center, their are so many activities, exercise classes and events to make it a pleasant, fun place to be.

It’s a great place to meet seniors. They have a lot to offer. It is a good place to make friends. They also have group outings that are fun.
My husband and I were really looking forward to the new Senior Center at Dorchester Road. Although, it features a beautiful building, after just a view visits it became apparent that this senior center is much too small and inadequate for the surrounding senior population. Classes are first come, first serve. If you don't arrive almost an hour before a class, you won't be able to get in. Seniors have to outrace one another to make it to a class. Can't wait for the new programs for September. There is always something new and exciting going on.
I am thoroughly enjoying membership at the Senior Center. Has a good group of exercises which get me moving almost every day. The Revolution Fitness staff is knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating of health issues. The Center staff is friendly and encouraging. Have enjoyed some of the talks, classes and entertainment as well.
