They were a godsend in helping me manage all the challenges in the last few years of my mother's life. The social worker, HH, who assisted our family, demonstrated a lack of empathy toward both my ailing parent and us, the children. If you’re ok with your loved ones not being able to reach their representatives because they are constantly switching who to speak with and slow processing times so they sometimes go weeks or months needing basics without anyone to purchase it for them then these are your guys. My family has been attempting to reach them with no luck.

The team at Senior Care Concepts deserves 100 gold stars. They are courteous, compassionate , knowledgeable, professional and all around good people. I feel immensely grateful to have them helping us organize care for our elderly mother. Highly, highly recommend without hesitation!!
