The people at Senior Alternatives do a wonderful job. Pam Smith is the MSW who helps me with my friend. She is patient, kind, and reassuring at all times with her clients. I could not do this job without her. She not only helps the clients live a better life, she helps the caregivers live their life.
Just got off the phone with Tanya and she was extremely rude. You can tell she only cares about money. There are to many other agencies out here. If you don’t like your job. Get another one. Especially when it comes to dealing with the elderly.
