Awesome business and customer service!
This review is for the new owners (Thomson self storage, not the original owner (Seng's self storage). My boyfriend had a unit there that had both of our belongings in it. Well there was another renter who turned their unit into a meth lab, caused a fire which he then died from. The fire department and Grace came for cleanup. We only had some smoke damage, no fire or water damage and then they boarded up the door with a thin piece of wood with some screws.
