First off let me tell you they are professional kind and friendly. Ms Hattie is the most kindest person and she knows her stuff about hair. She helps everyone and is present and answer any question you ask with honesty. I would recommend to be honest and I would go back to her salon. I had a great experience yesterday.

Had a great experience here today. I got the knotless box braids. The owner was so sweet very accommodating. The girl who braided my hair did a fabulous job. Very neat and they were all very professional and helpful. They also have the hair in store and the prices were better than other hair braiding places. My new favorite hair braiding spot!! Highly recommend ❤️

Subpar experience from the start. Called the night before asking if they were able to do Senegalese twists within a certain timeframe because I had an event to go to right after . Had she said no, I would have either went somewhere else or done a different hairstyle. She said yes , for twists they will be able to finish in time. She said to come at another location at 8:30am , I said ok and went in the next morning. I pulled up at 8:25am and they were just pulling in. Greedy for money, struggling to perform their jobs properly, and displaying a bad attitude. Braids are coming undone.

I went here 2 times and my knotless box braids is always so neat
