This is second year at Seneca terrace. I enjoy how quiet it is, my view from my apartment is amazing, Cynthia & Amanda are great. Affordable, & Maintenance gets done in a timely manner.

I LOVE IT HERE AT SENECA TERRACE APT. THE PLACE ITS ALWAYS CLEAN, THE MANAGER IS SUPER FRIENDLY AND THE MAINTENANCE GUY DOES HIS WORK. I HAVE NO COMPLAIN HERE. I BEEN LIVING HERE FOR 6 MONTHS NOW AND YES THERE IS KIDS AND PETS HERE BUT THERE IS NOT ONE DAY THAT THIS PLACE IS DIRTY. THE KIDS ARE VERY QUIET AND THE PETS ARE FRIENDLY. THIS PLACE I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE, BECAUSE ITS ALWAYS CLEAN.

Lived on seneca terrace 16 years. Office staff and maintenence very friendly. Best community on the Eastside Tucson.
I would NEVER RENT from Seneca Terrace Apartments again. I consistently paid my rent on time and thoroughly cleaned my apartment before I moved out. The day I turned in my keys, they put $1900 worth of bogus damage charges on my account and immediately sent my bill to collections on the same day. They made no attempts to contact me directly first. I found out from collections 6 months later, but it was too close to the day they were going to ding my credit for me to fight the allegation.
