Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. He gets you in quick, runs on time, rates are reasonable. Staff friendly, knowledgeable, and good with cats (they see lots of dogs too). I've taken my cats there for 20+ years with no complaints or problems. Super nice place -- and clean.
