Such an awesome, nostalgic place for my family and friends. This is our annual camping spot! We love Seneca Lake!
I've brought my kids to the beach area of the lake for three summers now. My most recent trip was a pretty big disappointment. They have cut down so many trees for a new campsite and it just looks ugly. Also, the beach sand was very coarse and the lake was littered with huge painful rocks that really hurt to walk on! The inflatable equipment was covered in bird poop. Finally, the life guards took overly frequent breaks in my opinion, every 40 mins or so. I loved it, always do! I grew up, along with my brother and sister, picnicking, fishing, and swimming in that lake. Best place in the world to relax and enjoy life�
I have been coming to the lake for almost 20 year's. It is a tradition for my kid's, and my grand baby even had her first visit. I invited my newly found family, and they even fell in love. I am excited to see the new addition added! I do miss the huge shade tree by the consession stand, but the new one's will grow soon. �
My great-grandkids loved it we were there from about 12 to 4 the weather was perfect it wasn't too hot and it wasn't too cold
Loved camping there but the lake really needs cleaned out. Huge rocks n stuff is dangerous. We cut our feet several times so now we refuse to swim there. Other than that it's nice and I like the improvements they're making. But the lake definitely needs swept out asap.
I grew up camping here, it was so pretty until they cut all trees down & it's so sad looking! It's muddy & even the basketball court is ruined and they just are out for more money now.. They should build within the trees not cut them off down and leave mud and stumps. They are going to lose alot of business
