Fantastic meal. The shrimp and grits were excellent - perfectly cooked shrimp over creamy grits with bacon and a corn relish slaw on top that added a great contrast of flavor and texture. The sauce brought everything together without overpowering the dish. Really well done and a generous portion. Great service from our waiter. The Parker house rolls were delicious and all four of us thoroughly enjoyed our dinners, which were the hanger steak, the crab spaghetti, and the salmon.
Service was top-notch. Food was excellent. Vibes were vibing. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Saratoga. Wife got the squid ink pasta with jonah crab, I got the hanger steak with duck fat fries (though I was missing the duck fat flavor...hmmm), and we got the wood-fired broccolini and parker house rolls for starters.
The swordfish was described as roasted but the flavor and texture were more like it was boiled, which made it very bland.
