Good food but lacking the swagger they had in 2021. Compare the Deviled Eggs 2021 versus 2026. Amazingly, they were out of Parker Rolls so the server up-sold us on $14 potato chips instead (pass on this). Hangar Steak was great.
A top restaurant in Saratoga. The food and service was exceptional. The parker house rolls are soft and worth paying for bread. The empanadas are delicious, the korean fried fish was crisp and full of flavor and the steaks were among the best I've had. The service is what really impressed me the most though. Top notch. I love Seneca!
Seneca is truly wood-firing on all cylinders when it comes to dining in Saratoga. The dishes surrounding the hearth feel carefully selected to complement that style of cooking, and the menu never disappoints. Terrific restaurant. Recommend the deviled eggs and hangar steak. Excellent whiskey selection. Update 2026 still a wonderful place with great food and service!
One of our favorites for date night. Rolls are unbelievably good. Having rare vos by ommegang on the menu is a major plus.
