They told me my co-pay was zero then charges almost $1500 to my Medicare prescription payment program, that I am now responsible for!!!
They called me and I couldn't understand what they were saying. Once I got through, they hung up on me. Happened 2 times in a row. They've outsourced their customer service lines to other nations who barely speak English and have incredibly poor customer service. What are we doing??? The service is so bad I'm still trying to figure out if its a real place or not. This entire operation might just be a way to steal identities.
Not sure why my doctor is using them as its A waste. Called a few times. Finally talked to someone that I had to give info to multiple times. Provided and confirmed contact info and insurance. Confirmed cell number then she tried to send link to my work landline told her it was not a cell and not to send there. Nothing on my cell. No update no information, nothing. Wanted me to enroll in a program but no info. Terrible experience. Don't think will ever get meds.

WON'T STOP CALLING ME AFTER REPEATEDLY TELLING THEM THAT I DO NOT WANT THE PRESCRIPTION AND I WILL NOT VERIFY MY INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE AND I WOULD CALL THEM IF I WANTED IT. THEY SOUND LIKE THEY ARE CALLING FROM A FOREIGN CALL CENTER. HARRASSING ME BY CALLING OVER AND OVER. I WILL NEVER GO WITH THIS LOW BUDGET PHARMACY!!!
