Seems like a scam as they called saying an unknown to me doctor sent a prescription and it was ready to pickup. The just needed a "little" information.
Interacting with this firm is frustrating in the extreme. Regardless of who I spoke with, the accent was so strong as to render smooth communication impossible. The company's commitment to competent customer service is just shallow words. My confidence in the company's competence is thin.
Never called me to update me about my medication. I always had to take initiative and stay on top of it by reaching out to who I needed to. Last few times I was late on my medication
I have used Senderra Pharmacy for over a year now, with a medication that comes regularly. They call to schedule my medication and have always been helpful when I call. They have had to return calls but they were timely. Medication has always been received when requested and packaged well. Would recommend!
Why it's even legal to call themselves a pharmacy in the US is BEYOND my understanding but they are a joke. First and main issue is the fact that it appears their call center is actually contracted to a company in India...how it's legal to send my protected health information to another country and people who therefore have zero regulatory oversight is beyond me but I feel like HIIPA is surely being violated.
