WON'T STOP CALLING ME AFTER REPEATEDLY TELLING THEM THAT I DO NOT WANT THE PRESCRIPTION AND I WILL NOT VERIFY MY INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE AND I WOULD CALL THEM IF I WANTED IT. THEY SOUND LIKE THEY ARE CALLING FROM A FOREIGN CALL CENTER. HARRASSING ME BY CALLING OVER AND OVER. I WILL NEVER GO WITH THIS LOW BUDGET PHARMACY!!!

Absolutely horrendous pharmacy. Every single time we refill my wife's Dupixent, there is an issue. They say that They tried to call, but they never actually do. Then they will deactivate our account, for no reason and despite my wife having been on this consistently for over 4 years. So when we call to get a refill, we had to go through this whole process where she's off it for a week or two while they try to figure out how to fill a simple prescription. I have spoken to several phone techs to please make a note NOT TO CALL ME until I call them to refill my Rinvoq. They call me early in the morning and will let phone ring and ring. Finally spoke to a supervisor and told him to please MAKE A NOTE not to call until I am able to start back on my medication again. I asked a young lady where they were located and she said Plano, Texas but they are not because I’m from San Antonio and they have a Philippine accent so maybe there is a language barrier there. If I could give them zero stars I would I asked so many times for them to leave me alone. They are harassing me. I told them I dont know the patient. They keep asking for my name. I give them a name. But they keep calling. I do not need or want their horrible service. I just pray God will put a stop to their harassing calls! In fact I belive that this pharmacy call center might be one of the levels in hell. It is literally that annoying that it feels like a punishment of santan himself. Someone please STOP them!
