I am being called every single day by this company requesting my information to be verified. I have already received my medication and am still being told I need to verify my personal information over the phone. At this point I don’t feel comfortable giving that information over the phone. If I could give them negative stars, I would. They are the worst specialty pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. There was an issue every single month when I would try to get my Dupixent delivery scheduled. They would call me during school hours even though I tried nicely to tell them I am a teacher and could they please call after I was done working. They claimed they put it on my patient chart, but then again they’d call during school hours and if I didn’t answer, they would tell my doctor they were unable to get ahold of me. The... read more
I wish I could give less than even one star This pharmacy is horrible. The worst pharmacist experience I’ve ever had in my life I’ve never dealt with a company that’s so incompetent and no so little and does so little on your behalf or tries to do anything to resolve any issues that you have I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone not even my worst enemy and I couldn’t say enough negative things about these people. Stay clear
The most inept company I've EVER DEALT IN MY LIFETIME bar none!! Also I was supposed to get some payment assistance in paying for my medications and the company representative never turned that paperwork so I'm paying the full load!! The phone center reps speak with such thick Hispanic accents I have to as them to repeat what they are saying numerous times. I sure hope you don't get prescribed medication from this joke of a company!!!
