Very disappointed horrible experience if your going to rent from this man DO NOT EXPECT YOUR DEPOSIT BACK HE WILL FIND ANY EXCUSE TO KEEP IT. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM THEY ACT VERY NICE AT FIRST BUT AT THE END HIS TRUE CHARACTER COMES OUT!!
My family and I manage Sendero Apartments,the man on the previous review, Juan Gomez was our tenant for some time. We had no complaints aside from him occassionally paying rent late ( of which he NEVER paid any late fees even though it is clearly stated on the rental contract). We received ONLY 5 days notice that he was going to be vacating the rental house. It states on the contract that we need at least a 30 day notice when someone is going to be leaving.
