Dr. Mauna is the best!! He has taken care of our pets since he was at Ladera, and I couldn’t imagine taking them to anyone else! He is very compassionate, and takes time to get to know each family. He has always been very open about treatment options, and couldn’t have been more supportive as we cared for our senior dog. Great office and staff, too!! Highly recommend!

Sendero Animal Hospital is the best, and my husband and I have taken our dogs and cat to many vets in the past on both the East and West coasts. Dr. Mauna is the first vet we have met who takes a sincere interest in the health and well-being of our fur babies above all else. He didn't charge us for check-ups to ensure our 3-legged dog with severe arthritis has made progress with his treatment plan, he got back to us quickly with blood work results and he always took his time answering all of our questions and concerns. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mauna and his staff at the new Sendero Animal Hospital. He was our vet at Ladera Ranch Animal Hospital and just opened his own clinic at the new Sendero Animal Hospital. Our cat was attacked by a coyote in our backyard last Thursday...he spent a couple days at the emergency clinic but if it hadn't been for Dr Mauna Tiger would not be here today. WOW. I can't stop raving at Sendero Animal Hospital. It was our first visit today, and I immediately made the switch from our other vet. They gave me an appointment immediately, and spent a lot of time with me and our pup. The staff was SO friendly and the Dr. was outstanding. Personable, smart and just great! So happy to have found a vet that will be our go to place for as long as we live here! A state of the art facility as well. My puppy loved them all too, which is a definite bonus!
